Please note:

1. XIAOLI.AI memory module is electronic product, and we only sell new and original XIAOLI.AI products. If the plastic packaging of the product is intact and unopened, within 7 days you can return the product with full refund, but the carrier cost for sending back should be paid by customer. After opening the packaging, even unused products cannot be resold, then you won’t be able to return for no reasons even within 7 days. Thank you for your understanding.
2. If the memory module sold in our store cannot be used due to the product quality problems, please contact our customer support to confirm and return. We will inspect and provide return and exchange services. The warranty does not necessarily require the packaging box, but the label sticker on the product is required as a warranty certificate. Please do not tear the label sticker. Please back up your data. We are not responsible for any losses caused by product installation or return.
