Warranty Period

XIAOLI.AI brand memory modules enjoy lifetime warranty service.

Lifetime Warranty, Replace Instead of Repair, Buy with Confidence

XIAOLI.AI memory modules have lifetime warranty and replacement service instead of repair:
1. Lifetime warranty means that within the life span of the product, if there is no man-made damage but caused by the quality of the product itself, free replacement or repair will be provided if it is confirmed to be genuine;
2. Replace instead of repair means that products that have not been damaged by man-made damage within the warranty period, are confirmed to be genuine, and are still on sale will be directly replaced free of charge. If old model products that have been discontinued or have no new parts to replace will be provided with free repair;

Note: The label sticker on the product serves as a warranty certificate and is part of the product. Please do not tear the label. If you tear the label, you won’t have the normal warranty service.

No after-sales service is provided under the following circumstances:
1. Due to natural disasters, accidents, man-made damage (such as use beyond the design range of the product, or use for fixtures, or use for plug-in and pull-out tests, or due to improper power-on and plug-in, or power-on without being installed properly, or use with incompatible devices, etc.) malfunctions not caused by the product itself;
2. IC DRAM are damaged, scratched, or peeled off;
3. The PCB (printed circuit board) is damaged, scratched, or broken;
4. Internal passive components such as capacitors and resistors are damaged or detached by external forces;
5. The computer does not boot due to the damage of the EEPROM;
6. The original label is damaged or altered, and the heat sink (if there is) is disassembled or destroyed without permission;
7. Damage caused by manual disassembly, unauthorized maintenance, unauthorized modification of memory SPD information, etc.

Product Warranty Claim Procedures and Regulations

In order to obtain warranty service, you can send the defective product back to the original point of purchase or our authorized agent or distributor where you originally purchased the XIAOLI.AI brand product. Please confirm the return policy terms before returning the product. Generally, you must provide identifying information about your product, such as the product model and serial number (if applicable), and describe the problem in as much detail as possible. You will need to provide proof of purchase. After replacement or refund processing, all returned parts and products will become the property of the Xiaoli Company upon receipt by us. The return freight after the  replacement or repair is completed will be paid by XIAOLI.AI. To the extent permitted by applicable law, products imported or sold not through authorized XIAOLI.AI agents will not be covered by this warranty. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased this product to obtain the available warranty.

Except as expressly provided above, no other warranties are provided with respect to our products; to the extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties other than those stated herein, including national, regional, state, provincial or local warranties. Warranties provided by statute, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranty conditions, whether express or implied, will only be valid during the aforementioned warranty period. The statutes of some states, provinces, municipalities, or other jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Xiaoli Company does not authorize its products to be used as critical parts of life support equipment, nor to use in any other related applications where product failure or malfunction may lead to injury or death. If our products are used in fields including but not limited to military equipment or military-related equipment, traffic control equipment, disaster prevention systems, and medical equipment or medical-related equipment, resulting in any death or loss, injury or damage to persons or property, Xiaoli Company will not be held responsible.

Xiaoli's entire liability under this or any other warranty, whether express or implied, shall be limited to repair, exchange or refund. In the event of any violation of product warranty or law, repair, replacement or refund will be the sole compensation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for any damages, expenses, loss of data, loss of income, loss of savings, loss of profits, or any other damages suffered by the purchaser or end-user due to the purchase, use or unable to use Xiaoli's products. We are not responsible for incidental or indirect damages, even if Xiaoli Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states, provinces, municipalities, or other jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or indirect damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

For citizens of the United Kingdom or an EU member country, if you purchase a Xiaoli product for non-commercial use, this warranty will be in addition to your legal rights in relation to defective products. You can get advice about your legal rights from your local consumer service center. This disclaimer is not intended to limit or exclude liability for death or injury caused by Xiaoli's own negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
