About Compatibility:
If you are using a computer before 2012, please do not buy this product. Since computers launched before 2012 are only compatible with memory composed of 256M DRAM, the XIAOLI.AI memory module uses at least 512M DRAM. DDR3, DDR4, and DDR5 have different notch positions and different generation cannot be compatible. But DDR3 high frequency can be used with DDR3 low frequency, the same DDR4 high frequency can be used with DDR4 low frequency, and DDR5 high frequency can be used with DDR5 low frequency, and it is backward compatible to run at low frequency.
About DRAM:
XIAOLI.AI does not directly produce DRAM chips. Different product lots may use the DRAM from different chip manufacturers, such as Samsung, Hynix, Micron, Nanya, Elpida, etc., or use different quantity of DRAM such as 4pcs, 8pcs and 16pcs, etc., or different rank organization such as single rank or dual rank, etc., but they have all been rigorously tested to ensure compatibility and stability, so please feel free to purchase.
About PCB:
XIAOLI.AI memory modules of different lots even with the same part number may have PCB color differences, but the quality and compatibility are the same, so please feel free to use them.
About Frequency:
After installing the XIAOLI.AI memory module, you can use the software to check the actual operating frequency. When the computer cannot run at the nominal frequency, you need to check whether the hardware supports the purchased frequency; whether two or more modules with different frequencies are used together, the high frequency will automatically synchronize with the low frequency; whether the memory XMP is supported and turned on, etc.. About XMP:
Before purchasing, please confirm whether your motherboard and processor support the memory specifications you want to purchase. Memory modules above DDR4 3000MHz must be equipped with a matching motherboard and processor to achieve overclocking performance. The overclocking mark on the BIOS interface is XMP or DOCP. Before XMP is turned on, it will run at the default frequency of 2666MHz. Turn on XMP with one click and you will enjoy the official nominal overclocking speed. The nominal frequency is the highest frequency. Please do not use it beyond the product design range.
About Dual Channel:
Under the same parameters, the transmission speed of dual-channel is better than that of single channel, and the performance is better. There is no need to set up dual-channel, as long as the memory module is inserted into the correct slot, dual-channel mode can be achieved. Generally, motherboards with 2 memory slots are dual-channel when inserted with 2 modules; generally, motherboards with 4 or 8 memory slots, the method of installing dual-channel is to install 2 modules in the same color slots. Please refer to the motherboard instruction manual for details.
About Operating System:
When the total memory capacity installed in the computer is ≥ 4GB, please use a 64-bit operating system. It is normal for a computer with a quick startup function to fail to boot up for the first time. You may need to swap memory modules to different slots and restart 1-2 times before it can be recognized normally.
About Device:
Please confirm whether the computer has free slots since some notebooks only have one memory slot; whether there is a maximum capacity limit since some computers only support a maximum of 4GB or 8GB. It is recommended that you check with the computer manufacturer again to confirm the device information.
About Accessories:
The product only contains memory module and does not include screwdrivers and other accessories. Disassembly is risky, so it is recommended to hire professionals to help install it.
About Gold Finger Mark:
Each XIAOLI.AI memory module 100% will undergo plug-in burn-in tests before leaving the factory. Therefore, the gold finger of each product will have slight insertion marks, which will not affect the use and performance of the product, nor will it affect after-sales service. Please feel free to use it. .
About Anti-counterfeiting:
You can take pictures of the product and label for customer service to check if it is genuine.
